1 box of German chocolate cake
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 container cool whip (I used about 1/2 container)
2 XL Heath bars (crushed)
Caramel sauce
Make cake as instructed on the box. When the cake comes out of the oven, poke holes in it with a fork/skewer/straw. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top. Let the cake cool completely in the refrigerator. When ready to top, cover in cool whip, drizzle with caramel, and crushed Heath bars.
So easy, so yummy, and budget friendly.
