Cheesy Steak Fries


Satisfy your cravings with these irresistible cheesy steak fries, loaded with juicy steak bits and smothered in melted cheese, garnished with fresh parsley for a perfect finish.
Ingredients:
500g steak, thinly sliced
1 kg frozen fries
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Cook the fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Steak: While the fries are baking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until softened. Add the minced garlic and thinly sliced steak, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and fully cooked.
Assemble: Once fries are cooked, remove from oven and top with the cooked steak and onions. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake: Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving.
