Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage



A hearty, flavor-packed dish combining crispy potatoes, savory sausage, and gooey melted cheese, all tossed in a delicious ranch seasoning. Perfect for a comforting family meal or a crowd-pleasing side!

Ingredients:

1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:

Roast the Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Add the Sausage:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the sliced sausage. Toss everything together and return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy and the sausage is browned.

Melt the Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and sausage. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Serve:
