Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie


Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into a greased 9-inch pie pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and thick.
Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the hardened chocolate layer, smoothing it out to cover the entire surface.
Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly to the edges.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
Slice and enjoy this giant, decadent version of a Reese’s peanut butter cup!
