Instructions:
In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour, shaking off excess. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. To the same skillet, whisk in 2 tbsp of the remaining seasoned flour. Slowly pour in the milk and chicken broth, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Simmer the gravy for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the chicken topped with the cream gravy.
