Red Velvet Oreo Cake Roll Explosion



Ingredients:

1 box red velvet cake mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
1 1/2 cups whipped cream

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and grease it.
In a bowl, prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched.
While the cake is baking, dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar.
Once baked, immediately turn the cake onto the sugared towel. Peel off the parchment paper and roll the cake up in the towel from the short end. Let it cool completely.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
