Slow Cooker Candied Kielbasa


Ingredients:
2 pounds kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Kielbasa:

Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick pieces and place them in the slow cooker.
Make the Sauce:

In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
Combine Kielbasa and Sauce:

Pour the sauce over the kielbasa in the slow cooker, stirring to ensure all the pieces are well-coated.
Cook:

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to make sure the sauce thickens and the kielbasa gets well-glazed.
Serve:

Serve warm as an appetizer with toothpicks, or as a main dish over rice or mashed potatoes.
