Stuffed Cheese Balls Recipe


Ingredients:
For the Cheese Balls:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
For Coating:

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Cheese Mixture:

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Form the Cheese Balls:

Using hands or a small scoop, shape the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Coat the Cheese Balls:

Set up a breading station with three separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Roll each cheese ball first in flour, then dip in the eggs, and lastly coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.
Fry the Cheese Balls:

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cheese balls in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
